3. Constructive Approach

4. Actions

Here are 5 Simple Master steps , which I learned from coach Tony Robbins , these steps are in his awesome book ” Unlimited Power”

Step ONE :  ASK SOMEONE WHO CAN HELP

Obvious but crucial . You want to ask the person who is already producing the results you want and producing consistently.

If you want to ask Drawing advice , you don’t want to ask your friend who is struggling at drawing like you , or drawing good.

you want to ask someone who is drawing outstandingly and consistently.

Step TWO : ASK SPECIFICALLY

Now here use all your Tools in Tool Box, as best as you can

Ask specifically ,

How much ?

How far?

When?

Where?

With Whom?

Define Precisely

Who are you ?

What you need ?

Why you need?

When you need?

Use all your tools , Questions, RPM, Precision, Constructive approach …. all

Don’t do it in head , Do it in NOTEBOOK

Step THREE :  CREATE VALUE FOR A PERSON YOU’RE ASKING

It’s always not the money. Sometimes it could be feeling too. It could be anything , always remember you always can create value for other person, it’s important part .

Be creative , find out the possible ways you could offer help.

Find out as much as information you can find out about the person, interviews,  books, works , school ,contribution, business, interests.

Use your Questions Tool and you will definitely come up with something.

Sometimes create value even before your communication. There are millions of ways to create value for other person.

Step FOUR :  ASK WITH FOCUSED & CONGRUENT BELIEF

Don’t be skeptical. Don’t evaluate from their side.

Like ” I know you must be busy so you probably won’t be able to reply ”

” I know that the answer could be big and you won’t have that much time”

You don’t want to put that thoughts into their mind ,let them decide , don’t decide for them.

Until that moment , that other guy you are  asking help from might not be thinking that its too big answer to write. But now he will think , “wait  a minute , it is really  too big and he even expects that  I  won’t be able to reply “

Most of the times we answer our own questions.

Be grateful.  And I’m not saying ignore the fact they are busy. They know that they are Busy , I mean they are outstanding people and they are supposed to be busy. We must be grateful for that.

“Ask with absolute conviction, express that in the words, physiology .

Be able to show that you are sure of what precisely you want,  you’re sure you will succeed ,

and you’re sure you will create value ,

Not just for you but for the person you are asking as well”  – From Unlimited Power (Tony Robbins)

Use your Tools Gratitude , Constructive Approach, Patience, Questions, Precision

Sometimes people do all  Four steps perfectly and still they don’t Get what they don’t do the Fifth thing – From Unlimited Power

Step FIVE :  ASK UNTIL YOU GET WHAT YOU WANT

Obviously don’t bug the same person again and again. Ask different guys.

Even if you get partially what you want , ask someone else .

Check the way you are asking , may be you need to change some things.

Make something even more clear , precise .

Don’t run same query over and over , may be you need to improve it little bit.

Most of  the times ,some people tend to exaggerate ,they  try 4-5 times , may be 10 times and later they say I tried 100 times it didn’t work.

You better keep exact count. So you will get average that how many different guys you usually have to ask. 😉

If you use your TOOLBOX awesomely , most of the times , you will get in first try.

Most of the times you get, way more than you actually expected. It’s my personal experience.
