Patience, if you are in animation field for a while , you must have understood that , it’s extremely important tool.
See In your animation career , you will be able to send your query to some outstanding professional Animator, Modeler, Rigger ..
and it’s not that you will always get reply immediately.
But have faith , you will definitely get answer.
Definitely those guys are busy , obviously blogging or being online all the time is not their job , most of the times there is huge Time difference between yours and their country , especially if you are like me from India , they could be working on project and who knows so many things.
But one thing for sure, you will get an answer.
Whenever I’ve been in contact with some awesome incredible Animators , may be I’ve been contact with only one time , but all those guys were
really awesome, so kind , so helpful and damn encouraging .
I have incredible respect for all those super cool guys.
For most of the times it was quick reply but not always.
I just want you to suggest that, even though you think its delay , everything has its explanation , have patience .
For most of the guys you will get only one chance to be in contact , and for reply , sometimes it will take minutes, hours, sometimes days , weeks, months and sometimes even year or more.
But you will get reply . 🙂
And that’s why I have discussed all these
Assumptions, generalizations, Precision , Questions , RPM tools.
Imagine you waited for 1 year for reply from Legendary Animator and your question was ,
” I’m xyz , just starting and what should you do to improve my animation skills”
Damn general question , not at all specific.
That’s why use all those tools , take your time , find one thing that will make huge difference in your work, define your query precisely (Not in 1-2 page :P)
and then ask.
And remember , Have patience , don’t ever freak out ,”What is this , I’m waiting for long time ”
