Troy Baker is reciting the Joker’s monologue from Alan Moore’s graphic novel “Batman: The Killing Joke”.
I think like Mark Hamill , Troy’s voice is deep, edgy and sharp too.
I hope we get to see him voicing Joker in more DC films.
